PART TIME JUNIOR MARKETING AND DIGITAL ADMIN COORDINATOR
Work conditions
• Salary: 25$/hour
• Schedule: 25-30 hours a week, permanent. Hybrid position (office located in Laval)
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator/admin with 2-3 years of digital marketing background.
This role will involve a variety of tasks, including assisting with the development of marketing materials, conducting research, and supporting the execution of marketing projects.
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to both short-term and long-term marketing efforts and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and tools
- Coordinate and organize materials for promotional events
- Help manage and support the introduction of new products and services
- Assist with the development of promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Participate in new project planning and implementation
◦ Coordination of Digital Activities:
◦ Manages and updates company website content and coordinates calendar for social media platforms.
◦ Analyzes performance using analytics tools and implements strategies to improve digital performance and drive new opportunities. - Coordinates e-mail marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and content creation.
- Track and Measure Campaign Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Facebook Business Manager to monitor and analyze campaign results.
- Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm and industry best practices to ensure that our strategy remains effective;
- Forecasting and Planning: Create projections based on historical data to set realistic performance expectations for PPC and paid social campaigns.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong skills in research and analysis
• Ability to create clear and effective presentations
• Knowledge in digital marketing
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Ability to work independently
• Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken English; basic knowledge of French is an asset
• Self-starter with a data-driven approach
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and digital marketing role
• Understanding SEO/SEM
• Social media
• Display advertising campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual)
