  • Canadian orders – F.O.B. PharmaSpa warehouse, Laval, QC; United States orders – F.O.B. Santa Clara, CA.
  • Free shipping for orders equivalent to over $125 USD, before discounts.
  • All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
  • Orders will be shipped to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
  • Pharmaspa uses different services such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and other carriers and is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
  • Pharmaspa cannot be held responsible if your package is stolen, lost, held, or damaged during and after delivery by the carrier. Claims will be done directly with the carrier. For the small fee of $4, you can add insurance and require a signature at delivery. ⇒ Add insurance to your cart now.
  • Pharmaspa will replace any damaged products in the inner box, with proof of picture, during shipping.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 7 to 10 business days after approval of payment.
  • Clients are responsible for making sure their package is not damaged before accepting it.


  • Payments are processed through PayPal.


  • Refunds are not obtainable, only credit notes are issued.
  • All damages and discrepancies must be reported to customer service by fax or email within 10 days of receipt. If approved, PharmaSpa will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed label and authorization code to put on your package. Defective items must be received within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor are eligible for a credit.
  • PharmaSpa will take care of the freight expense for return only of the defective products.
  • Exchanges are available if the item is still in stock (shipping not included). Otherwise, a credit note will be issued which is redeemable on future purchases.
